At Mermade Pearl Studio, each piece is made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our materials and small-batch production, we ask that purchases are made thoughtfully.

Return & Refund

We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

– Unworn
– In original condition
– Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for an alternative piece or store credit.

This is often the best option if you are unsure on arrival—pearls are personal, and their character is best appreciated in hand.

Custom & Studio Pieces

Custom designs, restringing services, and one-off studio pieces are final sale.

These items are made specifically for you or are entirely unique, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faults & Repairs

If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We stand by our work and will assess each case carefully. Where appropriate, we will offer repair or replacement.
